Thailand: Prime Minister of Thailand General Prayut Chan-o-cha (Ret) has said his government is determined to work closely with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for the mutual benefits of the two countries and peoples, reports the UNB.

‘Given the friendship between our two peoples and the dynamism in our ties, I’m certain that our relations will flourish further under your continued guidance,’ said the Thai Prime Minister in a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Wishing Prime Minister Hasina’s success in all her endeavours, the Thai Prime Minister said Thailand has cooperated closely with past governments under Hasina’s leadership in the past decade, leading to an enhanced partnership between two countries in many areas, especially trade and investment and development cooperation.

‘On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the Thai people, I wish to express my sincere congratulations to you (PM Hasina) on your re-election as Prime Minister of Bangladesh for a fourth term,’ said the message shared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday.
